Sometimes our Chromebooks get off our network while at school and when you select Chrome2.4GHz, you receive a prompt requesting for the password to the network. If this occurs, do the following steps:

  1. Click on the lower right of your screen where the Wi-Fi logo and time is located
  2. Click on the Wi-Fi button
  3. Click on the button that has your school network (LLWIFI, CALWIFI,RSJWIFI, etc..)
  4. Click on the Forget button
  5. Go back and click on the lower right of your screen once again
  6. Click on the Wi-Fi button
  7. Select Chrome 2.4GHz - it should not require you to enter a password this time
